If you are installing a Lanier printer, un-check " Query the printer and automatically select the driver", (See **Note below).

If your printer does not have a white label, please contact Desktop Support at 70. This would be the "PRN" name written on a white label on the front of the printer.

In the Printer Name or IP address box type the DNS name of your printer.

Make sure that the Device Type is TCP/IP Device.

At the bottom, Click "Did not find my printer.

Click Add a Printer at the top of the window.
